Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Northstar ("the Service"), a product of Northstar Lead Automation. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
Northstar generates AI-optimization scripts and provides affiliate click/conversion tracking. We aim to keep affiliate links intact within AI answers, but we do not control third-party AI engines and cannot guarantee any specific engine will honor any script.
2. Tokens
A token entitles you to generate one script. Tokens purchased in one-time packs are consumed as you generate scripts. Used tokens are non-refundable. Tokens have no cash value and are not transferable.
Active subscribers may purchase additional top-up packs of 100 tokens for $11.00 ("Subscriber Top-Up"). Top-up tokens do not expire while your subscription is active and are consumed after your monthly allocation. Top-up tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
3. Free Trials
Free-trial invites grant one month of full subscriber access (200 tokens) at no charge, with no credit card required. Trials do not auto-renew. If you subscribe during or after your trial, the 3-month minimum commitment (Section 4) begins at the end of the gifted trial month, not the date of subscription. Trial accounts that are not converted expire automatically; generated scripts and click data remain visible in read-only form for 30 days after expiry.
4. Subscription — 3-month minimum commitment
The subscription plan ($19.79/month for 200 tokens per month) carries a minimum commitment of three (3) months. By subscribing you agree to be billed for at least three consecutive monthly cycles. Cancellation requested before the end of the third cycle will not take effect until the minimum term is satisfied. After the minimum 3-month term you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
Subscription tokens reset to 200 at the start of each cycle and do not roll over or accumulate. Subscription benefits (per-script tracking, dashboard customization, custom redirect domain) remain active only while the subscription is active.
4. Billing
Payments are processed by PayPal (including PayPal balance/card, e-check/ACH bank transfer, and Apple Pay). You authorize us to charge your selected method for the plan you choose. Subscription payments recur monthly until cancelled in accordance with Section 4. Prices are in USD; applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful content, to generate scripts for sites you do not control, to circumvent tracking or billing, or to attempt to access another account's data. Free-trial invites are single-use and may not be resold or shared.
6. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time, subject to any active subscription minimum term.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost commissions, the behavior of third-party AI engines or affiliate networks, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
